Working with Rich Dolack as my realtor was truly a great experience. Being out of state trying to sell my house in WA could have been a nightmare as I was only able to be in WA on weekends. Rich started by having me look at the comparables he compiled in my area thus determining a price for my  house. He listened to my concerns and suggestions and gave knowledgeable feedback. He was understanding with my long distance situation and respectful to my timeline. When I was in WA he made it a point to have personal contact and offered his help if I needed it. He made sure I was in the loop with offers and negotiations. When he put it on the market the house sold in one day! He walked me through the closing and made sure I understood all documents.
